Maintenance
Maintenance or Wellness Care is the final stage of chiropractic care. After the doctor has certified that you are done with your corrective care, you are eligible to begin our Wellness Plan.
If You have a Current Problem
Maintenance is not designed to fix a current problem. If you have a current problem, tell us. After we fix it, you will be eligible for the Wellness Plan.
Maintenance Protects Your Health
Your good health is valuable. Maintenance care is designed to protect it. We recommend the Wellness Plan to all our patients because it is much easier to stay healthy than to struggle back from ill health.
NOTE: Insurance can be billed by us for Maintenance visits. The savings is at the end of the scheduled plan, i.e., prepay for the early visits and the later visits are complementary. We can only send claims for the charged visits.
Our Special Wellness Plan
- You must be certified by your doctor as ready for Wellness Care.
- You prepay $480 for 24 visits. This covers 24 adjustments on your doctor's prescribed schedule (once per week, twice per month, etc).
- As maintenance patients only need a "tune up," no hot or cold packs, spinalator, electric muscle stimulation, or ultrasound are included.
- The prescribed schedule is tightly followed. Missed appointments without re-scheduling are lost and may not be taken later. $38 is subtracted from the credit balance for each of the first 12 appointments, missed or not.
- The adjustments may be scheduled any day, any time during our office hours.
- You may cancel at any time and any balance remaining at the time you cancel will be refunded.

If You Need More Care
If you're injured and need additional adjustments or therapy, you have 2 choices:
- Suspend your prepaid adjustments until you are back on maintenance. Then restart them when you are certified for Wellness, or
- Apply your unused balance as PrePaid toward your immediate care.($370 for 12 visits)
How to Get Started on Maintenance
Tell the receptionist you want to start on our Wellness Plan. She'll arrange for a no-charge consultation with the doctor. After he certifies that you are ready for maintenance, he will send you back to the receptionist to prepay and start.
If you are not certified for maintenance, he will tell you what we can do to fix your problem and get you on maintenance.
